Back in Sheffield so took the old girl out for a run as she's been eating all the pies.. tried to get the greyhound out.. but no chance.. Did a lovely 11 miler through longshaw estate and over white edge and back. Its a classic peak district traily loop. Quite warm, loads of frog spawn in the pools, small sections of melting snow.. Had a nice tired dirty old girl by the end.. pretty shattered after 8 miles and the race this morning and 11 miles this afternoon.
